9 Books That Redefine ‘Crazy’
When Kaysen finally gleans her diagnosis from all her medical records, “Borderline Personality Disorder,” the answer is all the more vague and unsettling. We never truly know whether she was “certifiable” or not, which is perhaps the whole point. 9 Books That Redefine ‘Crazy’ Sandra Block Everyone is a little bit ‘crazy.’ At least that’s my theory. And as a neurologist, I’m quasi-educated on the matter. Do I include myself in that statement? Of course I do! I wouldn’t be a writer if I hadn’t spent some time in therapy. Interview with Talya Lewis Author & BPD Sufferer
Interview with Talya Lewis, author of The Boom Boom Retreat: A Memoir and Borderline Personality Disorder sufferer (in the past). But I Love You Price Drop
I’ve dropped the price of But I Love You: A Primer for Understanding a Loved One with Borderline Personality Disorder (Kindle Edition) to $0.99. That’s right under $1.00. I did this because I don’t make much money from this title, yet I feel that more people can get an understanding of the effective approach to loved one with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Spend less than a dollar and get an introduction into the path toward a calmer and more effective life with your loved one. No related posts.

Mentalizing is a verb
Mentalization is the true essence of love, compassion and understanding, because it allows you to internalize the authentic “image” of the other person’s mind (and they can yours as well). Mentalization is essentially done through asking questions, but not leading questions. One cannot ASSUME the other person’s thoughts and feelings are what you think they are. You have to start with a blank slate each time. You can “read” momentary feelings (such as recognizing micro-expressions) but the MEANING of those feelings is not always clear. If you don’t know, you have to ask. No related posts.
