Love the Department of Health graph.

Reminds me of Anthony Hordern so long ago (1976), about the people who have mental illness/distress and get help (but mostly not).

When I was a girl and young woman, the criminal category was called DANGEROUS SEVERE PERSONALITY DISORDER.

5 million UK people with personality disorder? That must be one in 12. (if the UK is still 60~ million).

Help everyone when they are children, BEFORE the personality disorder hardens.

I must admit I am more prejudiced against the obsessive-compulsive personality than against the psychopath: socialised or no.

Thank you for showing Kayla and Andy.

Mad Bad and Sad writes a good last chapter which deals with personality disorders, especially borderline personality disorder, and the way it is handled in Britain. (it is the DRUGS chapter).

And lots of kids who aren't neglected/don't appear to be neglected to the naked eye self-harm/self-injure.

The 'losing it' part is common to episodic conditions, such as mood/affective disorders and psychosis. Good to see the emphasis on emotional regulation.
